Ordering
You may place an order to purchase any product(s) advertised for sale on our website by simply following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any input errors up until the point which you submit your order by clicking the MAKE PURCHASE button on the CHECKOUT page.
After submitting your order online, we will send you a confirmation email with your order reference and detailing the product(s) that you have ordered. We will process your order, calculate shipping charges and contact you to arrange payment.
Product Availability
On some occasions due to a high level of demand, we may temporarily be out of stock for some products. We will advise you on stock shortages when we contact you after receiving your order. If you can’t find a safety product that you need, we may have it in stock without listing on our website. Please direct your product enquiries to supplies@m1firstaid.com.au.
Pricing
All product prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) except where the product is GST Free and noted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of any incorrect pricing on receipt of your order.
Payment
Payments for products ordered through our website shopping cart are processed manually to ensure that you are only charged for products in stock with the minimum possible shipping charge. When we receive your order, we will contact you advising availability and total order price including shipping. We are happy to accept payment for your order by:
Credit Card over the telephone when we contact you to confirm the order
EFT- Electronic Funds Transfer to our Bank Account

We also accept payment by cheque (but please note that goods are not able to be dispatched until payment is received).
Paypal – we can arrange a Paypal invoice to be sent to your email address if you would like to make payment using Paypal.
Do not send your credit card details to us by email for payment of your order. We accept no liability for any losses you may incur if you send credit card details via email. Any loss incurred by emailing credit card details shall be entirely your responsibility.
Delivery
M1 First Aid and Safety Supplies will accept orders for products from Australia only.
All orders will normally be processed within 48 hours of receiving your order, and will be dispatched via Australia Post.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 07 5482 1021 or email us at supplies@m1firstaid.com.au. We will refund the cost of your order if the order has not been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase(s). Should you wish to return any item purchased from us, we will refund or exchange any unused product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition and arrangements are made for the return within 7 days of receipt. In the first instance, please contact us on 07 5482 1021 or email us at supplies@m1firstaid.com.au to discuss your return request. Returns may be made within 14 days with the product in the original undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned to M1 First Aid and Safety Supplies in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If any product you purchase is found to be faulty or damaged when delivered, M1 First Aid and Safety Supplies may offer to replace or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights, however, we accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
Product Use
First aid and safety products must be used in accordance with labels and/or associated packaging instructions.
